Dr Jess Murphy currently holds an Adjunct Professorship at Torrens University, Australia’s international university, where she supervises Doctoral students. She has a Doctorate in Business Leadership and is a Life Fellow of Australian Graduate School of Leadership. Dr Jess Murphy has spent over 20 years in the corporate world, holding various senior leadership roles. She owns several consultancies focused on talent, culture and leadership and her global clients include KPMG, Mercer, Marsh, Rabobank, Accenture as well as federal and state government departments in Australia and US.
